Privacy policy
This page describes exactly what konsenda.com does with your data. It was written by reading the site’s own code, not from a template: if something is not listed here, the site does not do it.
What data we ask for
To book we ask for three things: your name, your email and your phone number. Nothing else. We do not ask for ID, address or date of birth.
Along with that we store what you chose: the location and cabin, check-in and check-out dates, how many adults and children, the experiences you selected, the language you were browsing in, and the booking total.
Your card details never pass through us, not for an instant. Payment happens on PagueloFácil’s own gateway. We only receive whether the payment went through and for how much.
What we use it for
To hold your booking, confirm it, and reach you if something changes. We do not send marketing or newsletters, and we do not sell or hand your data to anyone.
The lodge also uses your email and phone to coordinate your arrival, which at San Blas and Isla Popa is not a minor detail.
Who it is shared with
PagueloFácil (Panama) processes the deposit payment. It receives the amount and a booking reference; your card details are handled only by them.
Beds24 (channel manager) receives your name, email, phone, the dates, the cabin, how many people are traveling and the stay total, so that unit stops being sold on other channels and the lodge has your booking with your contact details. It does not receive your card details.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that whoever is booking is a person and not a program. It does not set tracking cookies or build a profile of you.
Beds24 and Cloudflare process that data on servers outside Panama.
Nobody else. We do not use Google Analytics, social media pixels or advertising tools.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The booking form stores nothing in your browser: if you reload the page or switch language, you start over. What you type only reaches us when you confirm the booking.
How long we keep it
Confirmed bookings are kept for as long as they are needed for accounting and to serve you if you return.
Bookings left unfinished — started but not paid — expire on their own and are marked as such.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@konsenda.com or WhatsApp +507 6607-5425 and we will reply.
If your booking was already paid, some data must be kept for accounting; we will tell you which and why.
